We went to Pam’s show last night and I wore the-garment-most-Pam-Hogg that I could rustle upĀ - vintage Calvin Klein suede riding trousers in khaki green.
So today I was idly trawling for long johns and happened upon these World War II long johns. They’d look so great with big bovver boots.

How much will Lektrogirl pay me to wear these?
I wasn’t in time to nab these two. Both at once? Maybe not. So California…

Today I’m painting the kitchen in preparation for our new cupboards going up. I was supposed to do it at any point since last October but have left it until the day before. Of course.
Not that I don’t enjoy painting - I love it in fact. It gives me a chance to wrap up my long hair in a scarf a la Rosie the Riveter and wear paint spattered ancient Levis. Always makes me think of Bananarama in the Cruel Summer clip.

All duds from Etsy.

When you find yourself in front of the mirror in a floral dress, navy blazer, ankle socks and brogues, there’s only one woman that you’re channelling - Elaine Benes from Seinfeld.

As disturbing as that is at least it’s not Jerry (or, god forbid, George), so I’m running with it. (Well I’ve got the hair after all…)

Linen blazer with ruched collar, floral romper, woven shoes and bag all from Etsy.
