2009 was a strange year of highs and lows, and I gather from facebook and my google reader that there are many many people out there very glad to put it behind them. I wonder what 2010 will hold. I hope to make headway with personal projects, and not get so lost in work. Make the moments count. Even the dread commute.

I hope my new bike will set the momentum for 2010.

After work parties, book launches, a flying visit to see Malcolm’s new work at the Baltic in Gateshead and back again, and getting a bad cold en route, I am declarng this week drink free.

Mr G has posted my breast on Facebook. And Alice no soon as renounced childbirth as had a hormonal turnaround and wants it all over again.

Penny will blame it on Mercury being in retrograde.

I could KISS my mac I’m so happy to be back online. Browsing by phone or stolen moments is no fun. Neither  is full time work.
