I bought a pair new in box on ebay and they gave me the most tremendous kankles...

I like the Opening Ceremony ones though... if anyone can point me in the direction of a cheap version?

I just saw these comments!! I never look at my comments as I have to wade through so any spam. Mind you they are all very nice telling me that my post is intersesting or pointing me in the direction of handy cheap pharmaceuticals sites. One comment on a post about shoes said that I had made them think twice about the world. And that from an online mortgage company!!

Anyway, I used to have two pairs but they stayed in Australia and are now in the Salvos somewhere as Mum just ditched everything in disgust after a while. I want the ones on the left but I'll end up getting the ones on the right. Maybe when I'm in Paris in March!?!

I TRIED ON THE CLERGERIE RAFIA SANDALS!!!!! But I ended up buying my wooden sole ones instead. That was not in 1990 though I can assure you. It was when I had moved to Sydney and was shopping in Evelyn Miles.
[I later went on to work at Evelyn Miles under the Ritz Carlton in Double Bay where Michael Hutchence "did his business" and I can tell you all about the Garry Glenn sales technique that we all had to use which lead the the sales assistant at the time bringing out these raffia numbers.]
I STILL HAVE MY R.C. shoes from those days - four pairs - still looking great! And I can guarantee - no matter how odd the shoes look, they will be the most comfortable limousines for the feet you can invest in.
