Ralli Quilts

I resurrected an old Ralli Quilt from near death recently, thanks to advice from an expert. Thanks Rayela!

I love them and if I ever get to India or Pakistan my case will be full. I’ve always liked the backs better than the fronts.

Perfect imperfection. Another book for the most wanted list.

    What beautiful quilts. There is something magical about such fabrics that improve with age and wear.

    These are antique ralli quilts. Most of ralli quilts are made in Tharparker in province Sindh Pakistan. Anonther thing to say that one ralli quilt take atleast one month to finish!!!
